My name is Elizabeth and I will be 35 years old this February and I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and still live here to this day. I’ve never written for a blog before, yet alone had my own. I am terrible with the use of punctuation, so I apologize ahead of time but this isn’t about grammatical correctness. I have no idea where to begin so I am just going to start writing.

The point of my blog is to express my feelings about my mental health journey along with other health related issues. In no way is this a place for me to “complain,” but will be a place where I openly express my feelings. My goal is to get my story out there and help end the stigma with mental health.

From as far back as I can remember, I have always felt different than everyone else. I never really seemed to fit in and I never wanted to go to school. In elementary school I remember throwing fits everyday about wanting to stay home because going to school literally made me sick. I would throw up and feel terrible. I will talk more about this as time goes on.

Here are the “disorders” and other health related topics that I will talk about and how each and everyone of these has played a roll as far back as I can remember. Along with each post feel free to ask questions, let me know how you can relate or how you differ, or what your story is. Everyone can learn from each other.

ALWAYS remember there is someone who cares. At your worst time(s), there is always someone to listen. National Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-800-273-8255.
